A solid 160mm diameter translucent white HDPE round rod, cut to 300mm long and supplied to Grade A PE 500 specification. At 160mm across, this is heavy-duty engineering stock — ideal for machining large pipe flanges, thick slide bearings, substantial wear pads, and oversized cutting board blanks. The 300mm length provides a stable, manageable billet that holds securely in a lathe chuck without flex. PE 500 HDPE delivers excellent toughness and a naturally low coefficient of friction, allowing components to run smoothly against steel without lubrication. Translucent white colour is food-safe and aids material identification in regulated environments. Resistant to moisture, oils, acids, alkalis, and a wide range of industrial cleaning chemicals.
