This large-diameter solid HDPE rod offers excellent impact resistance, low friction, and outstanding chemical resistance. The translucent white colour makes it easy to identify and is particularly suited to food processing, pharmaceutical, and clean-room environments where material traceability is important. PE 500 grade HDPE is a premium engineering plastic widely used in demanding industrial and marine applications. The 100mm diameter and 1000mm length provide ample material for machining into large bushings, wear plates, guide blocks, cutting boards, and structural components. Easy to machine, weld, and fabricate. Resistant to moisture, most solvents, and UV degradation.
