Warehouse Equip UK is operated by J & E Global Trading Limited. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We aim to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free for all customers. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.
1. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be returned unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- include proof of purchase
- include the original packaging where reasonably possible
This returns policy applies to both UK and international customers and is provided in addition to any statutory rights that may apply under local law.
2. UK Customers - Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
In most cases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you exercise this right, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. However, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
3. International Customers
If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, our standard 30-day returns policy applies unless a longer return period is required by applicable local law.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items comply with local export requirements and are packaged securely for return transit.
Customers may also be responsible for:
- any customs paperwork required for the return
- any import duties or taxes required by local authorities
We offer free returns on eligible items within 30 days. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- gift cards
- downloadable software products
- sealed health or personal care items once unsealed
- any item clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. How to Start a Return
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. All returns must be authorised before being sent.

6. Return Shipping
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide an appropriate return solution.
We offer free returns within 30 days for eligible items. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.
For international returns, original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of:
- receiving the returned goods, or
- receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back
whichever is earlier, where required by applicable law.
If you are a UK customer exercising your statutory right to cancel, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery cost you paid, excluding any premium delivery option selected.
Unless required by law, original shipping charges, customs charges, duties, and taxes are not refundable for non-faulty international returns.
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
