1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next working day.

During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment location in Dorset.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched from our UK fulfilment location, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Republic of Ireland: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3-8 business days
  • USA-Canada :3-8 business days
  • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): 2–4 business days
  • Rest of World : 6 - 12 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes both processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

United Kingdom:

  • £0.00 – £49.99: £2.99
  • £50.00 and over: Free delivery

Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands:
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the total order value.

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We use established and reputable courier services including:

The selected carrier depends on parcel size, destination, and operational requirements.

Orders delivered outside mainland UK (including the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands) may be subject to customs procedures depending on parcel value and local regulations.

Any applicable duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Warehouse Equip UK remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to you.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly and we will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.
