Safe Use Guidelines

• Use shoulder eye nuts for vertical or angled loading — never use plain (shoulder-less) eye nuts for angled loads
• Orientate the eye nut in line with the sling direction
• Pack washers between shoulder and load surface to ensure full contact
• Ensure at least 90% of threads are engaged when using shims or washers
• Attach only one sling leg per eye nut
• Install shoulder at right angles to the axis of the hole, in full contact with the lifting surface
• Inspect and clean threads before each use
