A black PE 500 HDPE round rod, 80mm diameter x 300mm long — a solid, versatile billet for machining bushings, wear pads, guide blocks, and bearing housings. At 80mm across, this rod provides substantial wall thickness when bored out, making it well suited to high-load sliding applications in industrial machinery, marine engineering, and conveyor systems. Black HDPE offers good UV resistance for outdoor and exposed applications. Grade A PE 500 — tough, self-lubricating, and chemically resistant to oils, fuels, acids, alkalis, and most industrial solvents.
