A 50mm diameter translucent white HDPE round rod cut to 300mm long, supplied to Grade A PE 500 specification. At 50mm across this is a popular mid-range billet for machining bushings, wear pads, guide blocks, and structural components on a lathe or CNC machine. PE 500 HDPE combines excellent toughness with a low coefficient of friction, running smoothly against steel without lubrication. The translucent white colour is food-safe and aids material identification in regulated environments such as food processing and pharmaceutical production. Resistant to moisture, oils, acids, alkalis, and a wide range of industrial cleaning chemicals. Halogen-free and easy to machine with standard tooling.
